Monica Brewer is Brewed to Excellence because her service reflects deep preparation, proven judgment, and consistent leadership in the very areas that define the work of the National Scholarship and Standards Committee. Across more than three decades of sororal service, she has translated policy into practice through roles that require accuracy, fairness, and accountability—including Policies and Procedures Chair, Parliamentarian, Advisory Council Chair, Regional Membership Intake Coordinator, and Rehabilitation Coordinator.
She is Ready to Serve because she has already done the work. Monica has trained and mentored members for over 20 years as a certified Membership Intake Trainer and Master Delta Internal Development Facilitator, delivering instruction on Code of Conduct, Rules of Order, chapter governance, and officer responsibilities—ensuring standards are understood, taught, and upheld.
Professionally, Monica’s role as Texas Statewide Coordinator for Gifted/Talented Education mirrors the rigor of scholarship and standards work—policy implementation, compliance monitoring, evaluation, and ethical decision‑making at scale.
Her leadership extends to evaluating and strengthening membership and reclamation systems, including document review, background screening coordination, rehabilitation oversight, and service on multiple reactivation teams. These responsibilities require discretion, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to due process.
