Initiated through the Theta Nu Chapter in 1991, she has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to the Sorority’s mission through impactful leadership, governance expertise, and member development at the chapter, state, and regional levels.

Monica’s leadership is grounded in integrity, strategic vision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. She has served in numerous leadership roles across alumnae and collegiate spaces, including Strategic Planning Committee Chair, Corresponding Secretary, Advisory Council Chair, and Regional Membership Intake Coordinator for the Southwest Region.

Professionally, Monica serves as a statewide leader in education, guiding the implementation of Gifted and Talented programs through the Texas Education Agency. Her career in education has equipped her with expertise in program development, training, compliance, and leadership.

Monica Brewer is a visionary leader who translates mission into measurable impact. As a Strategic Planning Committee Chair, she has led initiatives that align organizational priorities with actionable strategies.

With more than 30 years of service, Monica has held numerous leadership roles including Corresponding Secretary, Recording Secretary, Advisory Council Chair, and committee leadership across multiple areas.

As Regional Membership Intake Coordinator, Monica ensures integrity, compliance, and excellence in the intake process through training, oversight, and coordination.

A Master DID Facilitator, Monica trains and mentors members on leadership, governance, and sisterhood development.

Monica brings expertise in policies, procedures, and governance, ensuring strong organizational structure and accountability.

She is a skilled communicator who builds trust, facilitates collaboration, and strengthens relationships.

Monica serves as a Statewide Coordinator for Gifted and Talented Education, leading program implementation and professional development.

She has advised two collegiate chapters, work with three reactivations, and mentored future leaders.
